Noted comedian, actor, director and TV anchor dharmavarapu subrahmanyam passed away on Saturday, 7th of December, 2013 at his residence at Dilshukh Nagar of Hyderabad. He is 54 and is survived by two sons. He has been suffering from cancer for the past few days. Dharmavarapu hailed from Kommineni Vari Palem of Prakasham District. The actor has been popular with his famous TV program, ‘Anandobrahma’ which was then telecasted in Doordarshan.
Dharmavarapu was first seen in the film ‘Jayammu Nischayammuraa’. ‘Mr.Pellam’, ‘Indra’,’ Tagore’, ‘Manmadhudu’, ‘Nuvvu Nenu’,'Pelli Pusthakam’, ‘Varsham’, ‘Okkadu’, ‘Ready’, ‘Venky’, ‘Ready’, ‘Style’, ‘King’, ‘Bodyguard’ etc. He was last seen in the movie ‘Shadow’, starred by Victory Venkatesh. he directed the film ‘Thokaleni Pitta’. The Union Minister Mr. Chiranjeevi and state minister Mrs.DK. Aruna paid their condolences the members of the family of dharmavarapu subrahmanyam.
